Agents of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) arrested a 23-year-old man who allegedly blackmailed three young women that their “sex videos" would be posted on the Internet if they refused to give in to his demands. Head Agent Roland Argabioso chief of the NBI Field Operations Division (FOD) said guess Jeffrey Simbe a 23-year-old student was arrested last week during an entrapment in Sampaloc district. Manila. One of the complainants told investigators that the suspect had threatened to distribute the video via the internet if she refused to have sex with him or if she decides to end their relationship. Another victim who is still a minor also claimed that the suspect sent their video to Simbe's friends via an online social networking site. Argabioso said the opportunity to conduct the entrapment operation arose when the suspect asked P10,000 cash from one of the complainants in transfer for not distributing their sex video. The woman backed by the NBI agreed to meet the suspect at a fastfood chain along P. Campa St.. Sampaloc. Manila around 11:30 p m last November 23.
