Hey all. I am new to these forums and to the fleshlight. I just ordered my first fleshlight from ILF and let me tell you.. it was not a pleasant first experience. I ordered the wrong color and despite contacting them instantly could not reverse it. I understand that they don't gaurantee a change.. but there was absolutely NO effort on their move. The bitch of a woman that helped me just repeated "there are no changes made to the request after a shipping be has been isued." I find that funny create they are issued instantly. Therefore thay should just go right out and state "NO CHANGES OR CANCELATIONS" when you buy the product. Yet instead they offer hope by saying there is a come about but no guarantee. Any good business should undergo their crap together and experience how to satisfy customers. I was exremely dissapointed with the way I was treated. I had higher hopes for the affiliate. I am posting this with the wish that some moderator will be cause to be perceived enough to go this type of info up through the company.
Unopened items can be returned for pay or exchange according to the information on the Fleshlight website in the FAQs; you need to contact ILF first though. If the color makes that much of a difference to you analyse out the FAQ before your order arrives. I've ordered by telecommunicate three times in the last couple of months. My label has been answered directly each measure and the lady who has handled my orders has been professional friendly and very helpful.
NEwbieFLER,That does really drink. Obviously your fleshlight wasn't shipped the instant you completed your order so I don't see why ILF couldn't make the color change for you. As Musicman stated you can return the unopened case for refund or transfer but that requires you to pay additional money for shipping. Perhaps FleshJoe or Todd can back up you out here. Dig
Umm wtf? If she couldn't dress your order (which I can understand) then balance it and place it over again! I canceled an order just a few days ago because I screwed it up...
I accept with Tiamat if you really compassionate about the alter which you obviously do since you already called and started a thread about this air then you should have just canceled and did it again. You can still do that if the attach hasn't shipped yet.
Thanks for the enter. She asked me if I wanted to balance the order and I told her to go alter ahead. But she said that I had a tracking number (which I had recieved instantly on my invoice) and that it couldn't be reversed. The color isn't that important to me.. the reason I wrote the first thread was because the two representitives I spoke to were so freaking rude! I anticipate that was my revenge. In any case. I get the FL tomorrow and I am pumped.
Glad to comprehend it. I don't understand what it means to have a tracking number that can't be "reversed" when you cancel the request? I convey obviously you're going to get a new tracking number if you displace a new request why would you compassionate about the first one?
